WELL

WELL follows Sophie and Ethan and the strained relationship between Sophie and her increasingly complicated, doomsday prepper mother, Nadia.
At its heart, the play explores love and family under pressure and what happens when fear and certainty grow and opinions calcify. As Nadia’s convictions deepen, communication breaks down and distance widens. First developed at The Wedge Performing Arts Centre’s Scratch Night in 2023, it is now a full production created with FEAST Writers Collective.

This heartfelt and beautifully layered piece is a celebration of love, friendship, and the courage it takes to be honest with the people who mean the most.

TABLE READ - Irish Goodbye
TABLE READ - IRISH GOODBYE
Join us for a script-in-hand table read of Irish Goodbye, a new Australian play by Melesa Eldred, currently in development. This informal reading is a vital part of the creative process ahead of the play’s full production in October 2025.
Actors will be reading from scripts, seated with minimal movement. There will be no set, lighting, costumes or technical elements. This is an opportunity to hear the play out loud, experience the story in its raw form, and support the work as it continues to grow.
